General features

The d.c. electromagnets of the K series are of the Intermittent and Direct type with economizing circuit and come in various types. Their mechanical force specifications with respect to the stroke and intermittence, and the electrical power absorbed at pick-up and at attracted core are indicated in the table. The advantage of our continuous duty electromagnets is their low pick-up and holding absorption. Their excellent reliability is due to careful manifacturing with top quality materials and insulations class F and H. Silicon dust cover with very high heat resistance – Switching contacts of the economizing circuit are in silver and in accordance with international regulations. The electromagnets of the K series have an ascending traction diagram, that is to say, the force noteceably increases as the stroke decreases. This feature makes them particularly suitable for acting on springs and levers and for many other industrial purposes for TRACTION and/or THRUST.
